Embrace the flavors of fall with a charcuterie board that features honeynut squash and other ingredients from the Billings Farmstead Garden. Participants will learn skills like making maple bacon compound butter and homemade apple sauce to elevate your spread.
Featuring Billings Farm cheddars, this session is paired with a hard cider tasting to complete the autumn array.

In this hands-on workshop, craft a stunning cheese and charcuterie board while discovering how to balance flavors, textures, and colors. Perfect for taking your entertaining skills to the next level!
