History through Reading Objects
Using their senses and critical thinking skills, students will examine a variety of objects from the museum collection to discover the past and make connections to the present. What do these artifacts tell us about the people who made and used them? Explore the museum’s farm life exhibits and the 1890 Farm House to consider these objects in context and how they make the past come to life.
