Film Screening and Discussion with brief reports from:
• AREA HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS—who wish to speak to us about their dreams for a sustainable future, and how we might help them actualize those dreams.
• ZACHARIAH RALPH, State Representative & Program Coordinator from Sustainable Woodstock—who will tell us about the jobs that need to be done in our community, and how we can help to DO them.
• GERALDINE FOWLER from the Community Visioning Steering Committee—who will describe the Visioning Process that is just getting underway and how we can participate.
• KAT ROBBINS, Coordinator of Place-Based Education at Woodstock Union High School—who will tell us about the new C3 program (Center of Community Connections) which connects students to the wider community, and how we can support this work as community mentors.
This event is presented by BALE (Building a Local Economy), Sustainable Woodstock, and Old Dog Documentaries. Admission is free. Donations are always welcome.
