Starting with small 6” x 6” blocks\, her interest blossomed into a business\, Barn Quilt Therapy\, where she teaches monthly\, sharing her love of crafting with others.  Hess finds great joy in guiding people through the process of drafting\, taping\, and painting barn quilts and particularly loves witnessing the happiness when participants complete their projects. \nCancellation Policy: There are often waitlists for our courses\, so please let us know in advance if you are unable to attend. DESCRIPTION:Travel to Victorian Christmas past\, December 6th-7th and daily from December 20\, 2025 – January 4\, 2026\, 10:00AM – 4:00PM.  (Closed December 24 & 25.) \nStep into the wonder of a Victorian holiday as the farm is beautifully transformed with twinkling lights and seasonal décor. Walk through the Historic Farmhouse\, adorned in traditional 19th-century holiday trim\, with Interpreters on hand to share stories and traditions of holidays past. \nFamilies can take part in timeless activities like candle dipping\, apple tasting (including dried apples and homemade applesauce)\, and interactive butter making. Outdoors\, weather permitting\, guests can explore the Billings Farm Loop on a light snowshoe\, ski\, or hike\, then warm up by the fire pits with a cup of cocoa\, cider\, or coffee\, available for purchase. \nHop on a horse-drawn sleigh or wagon ride through the picturesque pastures\, weather permitting\, from 11:00AM to 3:00PM on December 27\, 28 & 30\, January 1\, 3 & 4\, conditions permitting. DESCRIPTION:Travel to Victorian Christmas past\, December 6th-7th and daily from December 20\, 2025 – January 4\, 2026\, 10:00AM – 4:00PM.  (Closed December 24 & 25.) \nStep into the wonder of a Victorian holiday as the farm is beautifully transformed with twinkling lights and seasonal décor. Walk through the Historic Farmhouse\, adorned in traditional 19th-century holiday trim\, with Interpreters on hand to share stories and traditions of holidays past. \nFamilies can take part in timeless activities like candle dipping\, apple tasting (including dried apples and homemade applesauce)\, and interactive butter making. Outdoors\, weather permitting\, guests can explore the Billings Farm Loop on a light snowshoe\, ski\, or hike\, then warm up by the fire pits with a cup of cocoa\, cider\, or coffee\, available for purchase. \nHop on a horse-drawn sleigh or wagon ride through the picturesque pastures\, weather permitting\, from 11:00AM to 3:00PM on December 27\, 28 & 30\, January 1\, 3 & 4\, conditions permitting. DESCRIPTION:Travel to Victorian Christmas past\, December 6th-7th and daily from December 20\, 2025 – January 4\, 2026\, 10:00AM – 4:00PM.  (Closed December 24 & 25.) \nStep into the wonder of a Victorian holiday as the farm is beautifully transformed with twinkling lights and seasonal décor. Walk through the Historic Farmhouse\, adorned in traditional 19th-century holiday trim\, with Interpreters on hand to share stories and traditions of holidays past. \nFamilies can take part in timeless activities like candle dipping\, apple tasting (including dried apples and homemade applesauce)\, and interactive butter making. Outdoors\, weather permitting\, guests can explore the Billings Farm Loop on a light snowshoe\, ski\, or hike\, then warm up by the fire pits with a cup of cocoa\, cider\, or coffee\, available for purchase. \nHop on a horse-drawn sleigh or wagon ride through the picturesque pastures\, weather permitting\, from 11:00AM to 3:00PM on December 27\, 28 & 30\, January 1\, 3 & 4\, conditions permitting. Outdoors\, weather permitting\, guests can explore the Billings Farm Loop on a light snowshoe\, ski\, or hike\, then warm up by the fire pits with a cup of cocoa\, cider\, or coffee\, available for purchase. \nHop on a horse-drawn sleigh or wagon ride through the picturesque pastures\, weather permitting\, from 11:00AM to 3:00PM on December 27\, 28 & 30\, January 1\, 3 & 4\, conditions permitting. DESCRIPTION:Travel to Victorian Christmas past\, December 6th-7th and daily from December 20\, 2025 – January 4\, 2026\, 10:00AM – 4:00PM.  (Closed December 24 & 25.) \nStep into the wonder of a Victorian holiday as the farm is beautifully transformed with twinkling lights and seasonal décor. Walk through the Historic Farmhouse\, adorned in traditional 19th-century holiday trim\, with Interpreters on hand to share stories and traditions of holidays past. \nFamilies can take part in timeless activities like candle dipping\, apple tasting (including dried apples and homemade applesauce)\, and interactive butter making. Outdoors\, weather permitting\, guests can explore the Billings Farm Loop on a light snowshoe\, ski\, or hike\, then warm up by the fire pits with a cup of cocoa\, cider\, or coffee\, available for purchase. \nHop on a horse-drawn sleigh or wagon ride through the picturesque pastures\, weather permitting\, from 11:00AM to 3:00PM on December 27\, 28 & 30\, January 1\, 3 & 4\, conditions permitting. Starting with small 6” x 6” blocks\, her interest blossomed into a business\, Barn Quilt Therapy\, where she teaches monthly\, sharing her love of crafting with others.  Hess finds great joy in guiding people through the process of drafting\, taping\, and painting barn quilts and particularly loves witnessing the happiness when participants complete their projects. \nCancellation Policy: There are often waitlists for our courses\, so please let us know in advance if you are unable to attend.
