One Thursday Each Month
Time: 10:00AM-11:30AM
Ages: 7-11
Price: $20/student ; $15 member student
In the Billings Farm Homeschool Club, students will be guided through an educational exploration of history and farm-related topics while participating in fun, hands-on activities. Each session will feature one subject and instructors will lead exciting and participatory activities such as:
• Exploring the museum’s collections
• Planting a veggie seed to start your home garden
• Felting with sheep’s wool
• Using microscopes in the garden
• Baking a delicious pie
• Meeting our animals
• And more!
The Homeschool Club is for children ages 7-11. Sign up for individual sessions or join us for the whole series!

Life Cycles

Explore the life cycles of animals from birth to maturity. Meet the farm’s calves, heifers, and cows and discuss the growth and development in a cow’s lifecycle. Learn about the cycle of other interesting animals as well, including kangaroos, cicadas, and more.
