Farmhouse Scoop Shop
We currently offer Wilcox ice cream by the scoop, Root beer floats and maple sundaes. Billings Farm cheese is available for purchase and perfectly paired with crackers. Snacks and beverages are also available to enjoy, with a beautiful view, from the adjacent slate terrace.
Picnic Tables
Picnic tables are located around the Billings Farm & Museum site. You may also bring a picnic blanket and enjoy our lawns and scenic views.
Fire Pit
January and February fire pits are available to warm up and toast s’more’s (available for purchase) from 11:00 am – 3:30 pm during hours of operation.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located in the museum’s Visitor Center, and the lower level of the 1890 Farm Manager’s House near the Farmhouse Café terrace. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible and have baby changing stations.
Water Stations
A drinking fountain and water bottle refilling station is located in the museum’s Visitor Center near the restrooms. A drinking fountain is located in the lower level of the 1890 Farm Manager’s house near the restrooms.
Elevator and Wheelchair Access
Billings Farm & Museum is fully wheelchair accessible. The elevator in the Visitor Center is located in the hallway past the restrooms and brings visitors to the Farm Life Exhibits and Activity Barn. There is a ramp that provides access to the 1890 Farm Manager’s House entrance on the upper level. The lower level is accessible from the Farmhouse Café terrace at the rear of the house.
