Billings After Hours Charcuterie Workshop

Tap into your creativity and deepen your connection to food through this fun, hands-on workshop. Learn how to thoughtfully pair cheeses, cured meats, and accompaniments with wine.

Create a beautiful a cheese and charcuterie board featuring Billings Farm Cheddar alongside locally sourced cheese, accoutrements, and fresh seasonal produce from the Billings Farmstead Gardens.

Guided wine tastings will introduce you to new varietals and revisit classic favorites, enhancing both the building and the tasting of your creation. This interactive workshop offers practical skills in design, flavor pairings, and basic wine knowledge you and bring home and enjoy.

Savor your charcuterie board during the workshop and bring home any leftovers.

Register as an individual or couple, simply select the workshop date at checkout. Guests registering individually will create a small charcuterie board, while couples will work together to build a larger board to share.
