Stretch in the beautiful pastures of Billings Farm! Free yoga sessions will be held on Monday evenings from June 3 through September 30, from 5:15 PM to 6:30 PM.
This weekly Farm & Forest Yoga Flow is designed to help you connect with the land, yourself, and the community through movement, meditation, and shared experiences, led by Jen Jackson, a Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller Historical National Park Ranger, and certified yoga teacher. It is suitable for participants of all experience levels, including beginners.
Bring a mat and check in at the Billings Farm Visitor Center at 5:15PM for a tea service with herbs from the Farmstead Garden. Practice begins at 5:30PM.
