Homeschool Virtual Program: Tools of the Trade

Learn about the tools and technologies used on a farm and how they have evolved over time. We’ll look at artifacts from our collections and compare them to modern-day tools found in our own homes and surroundings. Students will learn how simple machines can make a job easier, and see how butter making technology has changed, and even learn how to make butter at home. Follow-along instructions and worksheets will be provided.
