Relax and breathe in the quiet morning air as Sunflower Sunday returns to Billings Farm on August 21. In thanks to your support year-round, we welcome you on site before we open to the public in this free community event open to all!
Join us for a mindful experience with local instructor Carly Pizzani, who will guide you in stretching and yoga-inspired movement. Enjoy a stroll through the Sunflower House, then finish with a guided meditation.
Complimentary herbal tea will be served after the class.
This event is free to all. Admission closes at 9:10. Please register online in advance to reserve your space.
