Relax and breathe in the quiet morning air as Sunflower Sunday returns to Billings Farm on August 20. In thanks to your support year-round, we welcome you on site before we open to the public in this free community event open to all!

Join us for a mindful experience with local instructor Carly Pizzani, who will guide you in stretching and yoga-inspired movement while nestled between the Sunflower House and pastures.

Guests are invited to bring a mat and enjoy this meditative class. Complimentary herbal tea will be served after the class.

Admission closes at 9:10. Advance registration strongly recommended to reserve your space.

This event is free to all. Donations are welcome.
