The state-of-the-art kitchen was designed to introduce visitors to foods and recipes inspired by the Billings farming tradition and our rural heritage. Whether you’re a seasoned gourmet chef, or a novice home cook, you will find tastings, demonstrations and classes featuring farm fresh ingredients, frequently produced here on our land. You will have the opportunity to linger and ask questions of our interpretive staff, professional chefs and food demonstrators.
