Visit our fully operating farm and get to know our farm animals, pastures, and barns. We have over 70 Jersey cows, with an average of 40 milking at any given time. Throughout the year, our milking herd cows have calves that can be found in the calf nursery. Various other farm animals, including four draft horses, Berkshire pigs, goats, a flock of Southdown sheep, heritage breed chickens, and turkeys can be found roaming the fields and coops on site.
During the summer, our sheep, goats, and horses graze in the pastures while our cows spend the cool nights in the pastures following their afternoon milking. Our chickens can be found in a mobile coop, allowing for sunny days outside and cozy nights in the coop, with easy access for our farmers to gather eggs daily.
In the winter, most of our animals can be found in their respective coops and barns. Meanwhile, our horses and sheep grow thick coats that provide them with additional cold weather protection and can often be found outside even in the cold!
NOTE: For guest and animal safety, please do not pet the animals that are in the pastures or lean on the pasture fences. (You can pet the animals while visiting them in the Barns).
