WOODSTOCK, VERMONT . . . Join Billings Farm & Museum’s Chef Emery for Basic Breadmaking, a live Zoom presentation, as part of the Billings Backyard Series.
Ever thought that a fresh loaf of bread was too much work or too intimidating? In the next Billings Backyard class Chef Emery leads us through the steps of basic breadmaking highlighting two very different and unique recipes. Participants can follow along with Chef Emery as she demonstrates how to make a savory cheddar herb and caramelized onion quick bread. Chef Emery finishes the class by demonstrating the step-by-step process of making your own loaf of delicious crusty bread at home. Let’s all remove the stigma around homemade bread and have fun in the kitchen together!
This interactive live Zoom workshop is accessible from anywhere and will be presented on Saturday, April 17th, from 10 – 11:30 AM. Pre-register by April 16th to receive advance instructions.
